I love snacking on protein balls and while they are easy to make, doing it from scratch can take a bit of time. I've been super busy with work and travel lately, and making some balls has been on my to do list for ages.
So this is very fucking exciting. The amazing and gorgeous Cheryl - founder of Rock The Naked Truth, messaged me one morning asking if I would mind being interviewed by Cleo Singapore about my story so far with my fitness.
Just went for my first interval run of the year. Having had a rather headfuck day, I didn't workout in the morning, and I was being a sooky la la. I was watching the news and argh! I just need to get out of the house and i should probably exercise.

So after about 8 weeks of traveling, food poisoning, socialising and just generally not being a good little fitness girl, this week I am back into it with a vengeance.
I just got back from one of the best runs that I have ever done. I left the house at 8.30pm as I was working late and I just needed to get out and do some sort of exercise today. I've been in the gym a lot lately, and Boo and I signed up for a 5km in July, so I figured I had better get my ass running again.

So I have been training very constantly for 5 weeks now, and I know it takes a lot,longer then that a lot fucking longer, and I still have no doubt that I will get there. I'm just sad. Tired and sad a lot. Weight Loss is easy, staying committed and changing your lifestyle to maintain health and weight loss is hard.
