So I have been training very constantly for 5 weeks now, and I know it takes a lot,longer then that a lot fucking longer, and I still have no doubt that I will get there. I’m just sad. Tired and sad a lot. Weight Loss is easy, staying committed and changing your lifestyle to maintain health and weight loss is hard.
This got me thinking about my goals, and lack there off.
Of course I want to “lose weight” and “be healthy” but I do not have a kilogram goal. I also didn’t have a specific clothing size goal, although I did just set one with the purchase of the swimsuit.
1. I want to be able to see my toes when I look down. I know what they look like, but I miss them and I don’t want to have to bend over to see them.
2. I want to fit comfortably in an aeroplane seat. Especially when travelling budget.
3. I don’t want to constantly get asked “when I due”. Unless I tell you I am actually pregnant, you don’t have any right to ask this or make the assumption.
4. I want to be able to go into a clothing store that carries standard sizing and be able to buy something off the rack.
5. I want to be able to go swimming without feeling like shit in a swimsuit. (Hence the bikini purchase)
What are your goals?
Love the colours. smoking is a habit and its easy to follow… guess fit for life cand be the same. my goal is to give up smoking this year. scares the shit out of me but needs to be done
