Just went for my first interval run of the year. Having had a rather headfuck day, I didn't workout in the morning, and I was being a sooky la la. I was watching the news and argh! I just need to get out of the house and i should probably exercise.

I just got back from one of the best runs that I have ever done. I left the house at 8.30pm as I was working late and I just needed to get out and do some sort of exercise today. I've been in the gym a lot lately, and Boo and I signed up for a 5km in July, so I figured I had better get my ass running again.
Just got back from running The Music Run by AIA at Sentosa. It was seriously one of the best I have done so far. Even though it was hot, and my time was shit, and I walked a bit, I LOVED IT. The vibe was amazing and there was music the whole way.
My beautiful friend Michelle and I went on an adventure run tonight in Bedok. We are doing a 4.3km charity run this Sunday and we thought we would go check out the track and have a practice. When we got there I discovered that my ipod didn't want to work.....

WOW! I had planned on blogging daily but have been so insanely busy with my job and the charity I volunteer with that i just haven’t had time. Firstly, THANK YOU SO MUCH to all the amazing people who have so generously sponsored me.
I have blogged about this before and I just cant stress how important music is to my workout. In fact, if I don't have music, I don't work out. And further to that, I have different types of music and devices depending on what exercise I am doing!
