14 days into 30 & feeling amazing!

WOW!

I had planned on blogging daily but have been so insanely busy with my job and the charity I volunteer with that i just haven’t had time.

Firstly, THANK YOU SO MUCH to all the amazing people who have so generously sponsored me. The World Wide Fund for nature do such an amazing job at helping so many species and if me going without booze and sticking to a nutrition and exercise plan, helps raise money and awareness for their cause, then this is so awesome!

Now, what have I been up too???

Here is an example of my exercise schedule (that I have been sticking too!);

Monday – 40 laps swimming 1.6km & 5km approx run
Tuesday – 1 hour PT session with weights
Wednesday – 40 laps swimming 1.6km & 1 hour Pilates
Thursday – 1 hour PT session with weights & 1 hour tennis lesson
Friday – 40 laps swimming 1.6km
Saturday – walk / gym session
Sunday – active rest

Some days the activities get moved around but I pretty much have done an hour of intense exercise every day.

My food is AMAZING and I’m super lucky that I still get to eat a heap of stuff i like including bacon and eggs, steak, salmon and super delish paleo coconut macaroons!

I also haven’t had a drop of alcohol and have been in multiple situations where i could have.
1. My husbands birthday
2. Catered committee meetings
3. Band gig at a cocktail bar

How am I feeling?
Really, really, really good! It can be really hard at times, but  I just have to keep thinking of my goal to be fitter and healthier and it keeps me going.

The changes so far……

(Insert dramatic music here lol)

In 15 days I have lost 2.5kg and 12cms overall.

So I promise to try and blog more regularly over the next 15 days! But now I am going to chill out as i just got back from a 4.7 km run with my incredibly support husband and I’m stuffed!

Running in Singapore humidity is cray cray!
