Tomorrow I am starting The Bayley Body’s Fat Apocalypse. It’s an 8 week program that supports what you eat, how you exercise and what your mindset is. I have been an active participant in the Bayley Body programs since their commencement, and I can not recommend them enough to anyone. If you really want to change your lifestyle, and need round the clock love and support, their programs are for you.
I don’t get any kicks backs from banging on about how great they are either, I just want to share the work they do as they have helped me so much.
Lauren and Fraser Bayley are a husband and wife team in Louisiana, who both love animals and who love to really help people. They create and run all the programs from scratch and offer support via emails, Facebook and Skype. I really love them lol!
The program I am doing is newly developed and its for 8 weeks instead of the usual 4. There is an amazing support network with the other participants in a private Facebook group and there are people from all over the world involved. It is laso aimed at people of all weight / shape / size. There are people like me who want weight loss, there are people who want gains and toning etc. My understanding is that this program has been designed and tweaked to get you motivated to change the way you eat, move and think. The last time I did the 28 day program I lost 7kg and 1 full dress size. I’m pretty excited for these next 8 weeks.
