Well I made it! My 30 days are done and I feel awesome. Thank you to everyone who has supported me physically, emotionally, or financially by sponsoring me in raising fund for The World Wide Fund for Nature. I smashed my first target of $200, and I got pretty close to my second target of $600!

WOW! I had planned on blogging daily but have been so insanely busy with my job and the charity I volunteer with that i just haven’t had time. Firstly, THANK YOU SO MUCH to all the amazing people who have so generously sponsored me.

Well day 3 of my juice and soup detox is done and I'm feeling great! I decided to make a big jug of juice and it was a good idea! I was able to have fresh juice all morning :) I used blue berries, oranges, apples, spinach, pineapple, cucumber and carrots.

I had a massive headache going to bed last night, but read that it could be expected. I also know I didn't have nearly enough water as I should have yesterday with would have contributed. Day 2 is a lot easier then I thought it would be! Woke up and made some super yummy juice.

I have been really sick with a nasty flu and a few other things, so my body is really feeling it all. I'm not usually one for gimmicky detoxes, so before embarking on this 3 day "cleanse", I did a heap of research.

I am SUPER EXCITED as I set a new distance PB with my running today! It was a really hard slog as its extra hot today, but I did it. I am so proud of myself! There is NO WAY I could have done this with out my amazing friend and run coach, Michelle!

Today was a big day! Had heaps to do and got heaps done, so just a quick update tonight. I ate super well Then I had an hour of personal training with my amazing trainer Wan!
