Day 12 & Motivational Pictures

Hey guys!

Hope everyone is super awesome! I don’t think this is going to be a big post as its technically my “2nd” for the day! 



Went for a swim this morning and made 30 laps quite easily. Don’t laugh but I am going to attempt some maths…..

I swam – 

30 laps in 40 minutes so 

40 / 30 =  1.30 minutes per lap. 

I want to got to 1 hours swimming, so at my current lap rate, I could do laps in 45 laps in 1 hour. Once I reach 1 hour swimming, my next goal will be to reduce my lap time to 1 minute. 

So then my goal is to get to 1 hours swimming, 60 at 1 minute YAY!

The length of the pool is 40m so at my current rate I am swimming 1.2km.

So I am now going share some funny / serious / cool motivation pics that I have been browsing on the interwebs!
