Hello Readers!
Hope everyone’s worlds are fabulous today!
I am so proud of myself! I can’t believe I swam 30 laps today …… I got to 20, which was my previous best and though fuck stuff it and just kept going!!!! I must admit, I wasn’t even that tired or sore at the end. I think I could have kept going.
I have decided to alternate swimming and bike riding every day. So I will swim Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s and bike the other days.
I did have the pool to myself WHICH WAS AWESOME!
As I treat I decided to get a mani /pedi today. I was going to get my usual HOT PINK then remembered the most beautiful sunrise this morning (of which cause of this awesome program, I actually get up for sunrises now lol)
So I decided to get a colour scheme to match on my nails –
I think the bright colours look great and make my very happy when I look at them. At the nail salon, I had green tea and they also gave me chocolate of which I DID NOT EAT! yay for me! I totally love the little cup toppers though…. so cute, must google and find out where they are from and get some…….
My food was really good again to today –
Meal 1 – Roasted Lamb, crispy prosciutto, baby truss tomatoes, spinach, goats cheese and boiled egg! I think there is a chance that I may be physically attracted to lamb. SO YUMMY
Meal 2 – Plant based protein shake. I actually think the plant based protein reacts with me, as I find I am bloated and yuck for an hour or so after it. I much prefer the soy or whey, but its not allowed…….
Meal 3 – Salt & Pepper Squid with baby truss tomatoes, spinach, goats cheese and red onion…. So tasty and really filling. I hope that means my stomach is SHRINKING!
I don’t really have much more today guys…. I am NOT looking forward to tomorrow. Its National Day in Singapore which is a really big deal over here. Husband and I are hosting a National Day Party at our apartment tomorrow for our friends. I am super excited about NDP – just not excited about not drinking booze and not being able to eat all of the awesome food I am cooking / baking / serving 🙁 I honestly think tomorrow will be the hardest in all the 28 days of this challenge. – Don’t be surprised if some people get some whingey texts from me tomorrow looking for emotional support!
A little info about National Day –

This year, the EXCO invites all Singaporeans to join us on a journey to remember and celebrate what we love best about Singapore. Through our various engagement activities as well as the Parade on 9 Aug, we hope that Singaporeans will be able to rediscover and express what they love about Singapore, our country we call “Home”.”

So I guess that’s it tonight guys,Im actually feeling really angry and cranky and I dont know why??? Nothing has really provoked me, so oh well… Oh GOOD NEWS….. So far I have managed to raise $160 for the below! YAY to EVERYONE that has sponsored me and YAY ME
