Simple and quick protein shake that is packed full of goodness. Perfect for a snack or after a workout. So quick and easy.

  • 1 scoop plantfusion vanilla bean protein powder
  • 1 spoon peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 1 spoon chia seeds
  • Water
  • Ice (to chill)

Blend in nutribullet then drink from the blender jug or be a fancy wanker like me as add it to a mason jar.
